ThermoLogic may collect account details, contact information, facility context you provide, equipment records, readings, photos, notes, application responses, and operational metadata needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate ThermoLogic, support refrigeration workflows, provide calculations and assistant features, maintain account security, improve reliability, and respond to support or design-partner requests.

Facility Data

You retain ownership of facility and equipment data you provide. ThermoLogic does not write to PLCs, change setpoints, acknowledge alarms, or control refrigeration equipment.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, AI assistance, email, and infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
